| Why is it there is only 1 year of warranty provided? |
The warranty period marked on our website is the commercial warranty, this means the warranty given by the manufacturer. The legal period is minimum 2 years.
You can also read this in our warranty conditions here. eg. 1 year collect & return, the manufacturer will come and get your malfunctioning product and
return it, after this year you have to send it back to Power4Pc. |

| Can I change an ordered product for another one? |
Yes, you can change your product in 2 cases: 1) when the product isn't in stock by a product that is in stock;
2) or if the order isn't already processed Attention, this is between the customer and Power4Pc, there are products that aren't possible to exchange, Power4Pc always has the final decision. |

| Under the category Accessories you will find a product called Assembling and Configuration. With this service you can also get a free hardware troubleshooting service during the legal warranty period. |

| If you use a Hotmail emailaddress, it is possible our mails get in your junkmail, check this first.

| On the product info page, under the product name. These are estimated dates and can change at any moment. |

| Standard delivertime +/- 2 weeks, mostly it is quicker. Yet an exact time isn't guaranteed, this depents on the manufacturer and availability of the product. |

| These are the products that are on promotion. |

| Because it is unpossible to put all deliverable products in to our shop, it can be there are products possible to order but not in the shop. Just send us an email so you will know it right away. |

| Standard time is +/-5 days. Mostly it is quicker. |

| No, our collecting point are only accesable after an appointment. Because they have no stock. |

| When we receive your payment, we will reserve the items from our incoming stock. Sometimes it is possible
the products are sold out before they get on stock when you don't reserve. |

| When you have a questions you can ask us, we will do anything to answer you as goood as possible. |

| This is complete normal, you can print your invoice yourself after you have logged in, under your account. The invoice will be available as from we have received your payment. |

| What are the opening hours of the collecting point? |
| Our collecting point doesn't have specific opening hours, the general rule is during the week from 17h untill 20h and in the weekend on saturday morning. Attention, always and only after an appointment. |

| What is the meaning of the colored boxes on the product listing underneath stock? |
Green: Immediate deliverable, after placing an order and making an appointment this product can be picked up immediate at the pickup-point where this product is on stock. (this you can find on the product infopage).
Orange: Quickly deliverable, this product wil be shipped whithin 2-5 working days. This period is also applicable when you would like to pickup this product at our pickup point. Red: Not on stock. This product is not on stock but still deliverable. The deliveryperiod for these products are productrelated and can be found on the product infopage our you can send us an email. |

| Is it possible to test or to have a look at my order in the collecting point? |
| No, at the collecting point it's only possible to collect your order. There is nothing foreseen to try or to have a look before you order. |

| Are the delivery times also applicable if I come collect my order? |
| Yes, if you place an order and choose collect, the delivery time will also be applicable. Unless on the product info page is marked as directly deliverable, then you order will be available after making an appointment. |

| Are the stock values realtime? |
| No they are not, but our stock gets updated a couple of times a day. |

| Can there be products reserved for me? |
| Somethimes it is possible, but only after the payment is received. If the product gets out of stock, you will have to wait until it comes back on stock. |
